The Titanic Is Sailing Again – and You’re On Board

Three Types of People – and a Lifeboat Called Infinity-Economics

The Stage: North Atlantic, Night, Iceberg Ahead

It was a starry night in April 1912 when an unsinkable ship embarked on its final journey. The Titanic – a symbol of human progress, luxury, and hubris. On board: hundreds of people, three classes, many illusions – and an iceberg that changed everything.

Today, we’re on a similar ship. It may not be called Titanic, but the scenario feels eerily familiar: the global financial system is wavering, political decisions resemble maneuvers in the fog, and digital control is picking up speed. We see, hear, and feel the course – but how do we respond?

Type 1: The Unaware – “It’ll be fine somehow”

They keep dancing. The music plays, the buffet is lavish, TikTok challenges are trending. They’ve heard rumors about a crisis out there – climate change, financial bubbles, digital surveillance – but they trust the captain has it under control. Or the government. Or at least the algorithm.

They live in the now – and ignore that the ship is already listing. The information is available, but their attention is booked elsewhere. And today, if you ask whether fiat money is actually backed by anything, you're quickly labeled a conspiracy theorist with a lifejacket fetish.

Type 2: The Resigned – “There’s no point anyway”

Then there are those who do see the iceberg. They realize something’s wrong. But instead of taking action, questioning, or preparing, they lean back. “The captain will handle it.” Or: “We’re all in the same boat – there’s nothing we can do.”

They shrug, sip another coffee, and post a resigned comment about the state of the world. They no longer believe in change – neither from within the system nor outside of it. Hope has become too exhausting. Cynicism has replaced motivation.

Type 3: The Farsighted – “Where’s the next lifeboat?”

And then there are those who not only see, but act. Who understand: a sinking system cannot be kept afloat with optimism. They step into the lifeboat – not out of panic, but foresight. They know: when the big ship goes down, we need alternatives – decentralized, resilient, and independent.

These people are building their own lifeboats. Not from fear, but out of responsibility – for themselves, their families, and for a future beyond central control, dependence, and data dictatorship.

One such lifeboat is called Infinity-Economics.

Infinity-Economics: A Lifeboat You Can Build Yourself

IE is not a magic ship. It replaces nothing, displaces nothing – but it does offer you the chance to take responsibility into your own hands. Not a passive passenger, but an active participant. Not blind obedience, but voluntary involvement.

With features like DEX, DAO, Wallet, SSI, and a token driven by participation, not speculation, Infinity-Economics is more than a system: it’s a toolbox for digital sovereignty. Everyone can take part – no one is forced to.

You decide what to pack into your lifeboat – knowledge, networks, values. And where it goes is also up to you. That’s what real self-determination looks like.

And now?

The iceberg is real. The journey continues. But the question remains:

Which type of person are you?

If you're thinking, “Maybe it's time I looked around,” check out ieCommunity.net. There are already a few farsighted folks in the boat – and there’s still room.
